Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of manufacturing supervisory experience.
• Proven ability to lead safety, quality, and production goals.
• Strong communication and people management skills.
• Availability to work Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-shift team and manage daily production plan.
• Coordinate with maintenance, planning, and safety for smooth operations.
• Monitor progress, address delays, and uphold housekeeping standards.
• Conduct performance reviews and support staffing decisions.
