Job summary

Premium Waters, Inc. in Allentown, PA is seeking a Day Shift Production Supervisor to lead the 5:00 AM–5:00 PM operations on a 2-2-3 schedule.

You will manage the day shift workforce, ensure safety, quality, and on-time production while coaching employees and driving continuous improvement. You will develop staff, set performance expectations, and collaborate with Maintenance, Quality, and Logistics to meet customer commitments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Previous supervisory or team-lead experience.
• Strong understanding of production operations and processes.
• Ability to coach employees and address performance concerns.
• Willingness to work flexible hours when needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Day Shift production employees.
• Set clear performance expectations and hold team accountable.
• Ensure production schedules are followed and customer commitments are met.
• Determine staffing and production-resource requirements for the shift.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, and Logistics to resolve issues.
• Maintain safety, quality, and productivity on the floor.
• Attend leadership and safety meetings and maintain clean production areas.
