thyssenkrupp Supply Chain Services seeks a qualified supervisor to lead a warehouse team on the factory floor in Michigan. You will direct staff on priorities, ensure safety training, and oversee daily production and distribution objectives while meeting deadlines and budgets.

The role emphasizes coaching, performance reviews, and corrective actions as needed. Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00am–4:00pm, with a focus on efficiency and quality.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills and reading/math proficiency.
• Demonstrates leadership and team-building ability.
