Job summary

Thyssenkrupp Supply Chain Services, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead I to manage and coordinate activities in the assigned work area. You will provide on-the-job training, interact with customers at all management levels, and ensure tasks meet quality and safety requirements.

You will input performance feedback to the onsite manager and support health and safety initiatives. Responsibilities include supervising inspections, leading by example, coordinating start-of-shift activities, and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as a team lead or supervisor is preferred.
• Strong leadership and multi-tasking ability.
• Ability to manage a team up to 15 people.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Willing to work days, afternoons, nights, overtime and weekends.
• Comfortable with scanners/tablets for data entry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inspection processes and quality checks for assigned products.
• Lead by example; maintain organization and housekeeping in all facility areas.
• Ensure safety policies are followed; report accidents to a supervisor.
• Coordinate shift start activities and ensure necessary tools/materials are available.
• Provide on-the-job training for new work instructions when applicable.
• Be accountable for personnel and assigned tasks; report progress to onsite management.
• Interact with customers regularly to maintain satisfaction and address concerns.
• Maintain documentation and paperwork daily; ensure toolkits and PPE are available.
