Job summary

thyssenkrupp is seeking a supervisor to lead a warehouse team on the production floor, ensuring productivity, quality and safety. You will recruit, train and evaluate staff, and enforce performance standards and company policies to meet deadlines and budgets.

Responsibilities include coordinating work, reviewing performance, and maintaining effective communication with internal teams and external partners while handling safety, records and incident reporting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; basic math and reading skills.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Experience with forklift, packing and measuring in a warehouse.
• Proven leadership and ability to build teams.
• Strong safety mindset and adherence to procedures.

Responsibilities

• Meet production and distribution objectives within budget.
• Coach and train team members to improve productivity.
• Conduct performance reviews and manage disciplinary actions.
• Coordinate, assign and review work on the floor.
• Direct staff on priority of tasks and safety practices.
• Maintain records and communicate with customers and suppliers.
• Report incidents; ensure safety and compliance with policies.
• Work on warehouse floor around heavy machinery.
