Lynx EMS is seeking a seasoned Paramedic for day shifts to lead clinical operations, perform ALS interventions, and coordinate transport with hospitals and EMS partners. Responsibilities

• Respond to emergency and non-emergency calls promptly and professionally.
• Provide advanced life support (ALS) interventions per Ohio state protocols and medical direction.
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Administer medications and perform advanced procedures within scope of practice.
• Lead and support EMT partners to ensure coordinated, efficient patient care.
• Safely operate and maintain assigned ambulance and medical equipment.
• Ensure accurate, thorough, and timely documentation of patient care reports.
• Maintain a clean, fully stocked, and inspection-ready unit.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, hospital staff, and healthcare professionals.
