Job summary

Lynx EMS is seeking a Night Shift Paramedic to lead overnight operations across our service area in Ohio, Indiana, Maryland, and West Virginia. You will respond to calls, provide ALS care, and mentor EMTs while maintaining patient safety and composure under pressure.

The ideal candidate holds Ohio Paramedic certification or reciprocity eligibility, with strong clinical judgment and proven ability to manage high-acuity patients independently on night shifts. Full-time benefits are included.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to emergency and non-emergency calls during overnight operations.
• Provide ALS care in accordance with state protocols and medical direction.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and implement treatment plans.
• Lead EMT partners to ensure coordinated, efficient patient care.
• Safely operate the ambulance in nighttime and low-visibility conditions.
• Maintain accurate electronic patient care documentation.
