Job summary

Lynx EMS provides private ambulance services for patient transport to local area hospitals across Ohio, including discharges and interfacility transfers. As a Paramedic, you will serve as the clinical lead on your unit, guiding EMTs and delivering high-quality ALS care during busy day shifts.

This full-time role requires Ohio Paramedic certification or eligibility, strong clinical judgment, leadership, and a commitment to teamwork in a fast-paced daytime environment.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to emergency and non-emergency calls promptly and professionally.
  • Provide advanced life support (ALS) interventions in accordance with Ohio state protocols and medical direction.
  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans.
  • Administer medications and perform advanced procedures within scope of practice.
  • Lead and support EMT partners to ensure coordinated, efficient patient care.
  • Safely operate and maintain assigned ambulance and medical equipment.
  • Ensure accurate, thorough, and timely documentation of patient care reports.
  • Maintain a clean, fully stocked, and inspection-ready unit.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch, hospital staff, and healthcare professionals.
  • Uphold strict compliance with safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
