Job summary

Lynx EMS is seeking dependable PRN Paramedics to join our growing EMS team. This flexible, as-needed position delivers Advanced Life Support (ALS) care during emergency responses, interfacility transfers, and scheduled transports.

You will lead on your unit while supporting EMT partners and upholding company standards. The role emphasizes clinical judgement, teamwork, and professionalism, with competitive pay and opportunities for growth within a rapidly expanding EMS organization.

Qualifications

• Current Ohio Paramedic certification or eligibility for reciprocity.
• Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred).
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Professional, reliable, and patient-focused.

Responsibilities

• Provide ALS care in accordance with state protocols
• Assess, treat, and monitor patients during transport
• Administer medications and perform advanced procedures within scope of practice
• Lead and support EMT partners
• Maintain a clean, stocked, and inspection-ready ambulance
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and healthcare partners
• Follow all company policies and safety standards
