Lynx EMS is seeking a Paramedic for the Day Shift to lead clinical care during high-volume daytime operations. You will guide EMT partners, ensure protocol compliance, and deliver high-quality patient care across diverse transport scenarios.

The role emphasizes strong clinical judgment, teamwork, and the ability to perform ALS interventions in fast-paced environments. Day shift availability and reliable attendance are essential.

Qualifications

• Current Ohio Paramedic certification or eligibility for reciprocity.
• Ability to deliver ALS care and act as clinical lead for EMTs.
• Strong communication and leadership under pressure.
• Professional demeanor and solid work ethic.
• Reliable and punctual for scheduled day shifts.

Responsibilities

• Respond to emergency and non-emergency calls promptly and professionally.
• Provide advanced life support (ALS) interventions per Ohio protocols.
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Administer medications and perform procedures within scope of practice.
• Lead EMT partners to ensure coordinated, efficient patient care.
• Operate and maintain assigned ambulance and equipment.
• Document patient care reports accurately and timely.
• Maintain a clean, stocked, inspection-ready unit.
• Communicate with dispatch, hospital staff, and clinicians.
• Uphold safety standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
