Job summary

MercyOne Genesis seeks an experienced RN Supervisor for Surgical Services to lead and advance nursing teams in a high‑quality patient care setting in Davenport, IA. You will ensure clinical excellence, mentor staff, and maintain regulatory compliance across the unit.

The role requires a BSN or higher with an Iowa RN license (licensure in adjacent state may be needed) and BLS; 2+ years of relevant experience preferred. Day shift, 1.0 FTE, competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• BSN or higher required within 5 years of hire
• Current Iowa RN license at time of hire; Illinois license if applicable within 12 months
• BLS certification within 3 months of hire and competency in nursing practice
