Job summary

HonorHealth in Deer Valley, Phoenix, AZ is seeking an RN withOperating Room Circulating experience for the evening shift. The position offers a $20k sign-on bonus and requires RN experience in the OR. Primary location is 19829 N 27th Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85027.

The RN will work under ANA standards, document patient histories, perform tests, administer medications and IV therapies, and support patient rehabilitation and education. Commitment to high-quality care is essential.

Qualifications

• Associates or Diploma in Nursing required.
• BSN within 60 months of hire or 5+ years RN experience noted in ad.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care per ANA standards and Code of Ethics.
• Record patient histories, perform diagnostics support and care activities.
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and monitor patient responses.
• Educate patients and families on post-treatment care and rehabilitation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure quality care.
