Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking an RN for the OR Preop/PACU in Phoenix with PACU experience and strong nursing skills. The role involves conducting patient assessments, planning and implementing care, and collaborating with the care team to ensure safe, quality outcomes.

The position requires 2 years in PACU or similar acute care, an AZ RN license, and BLS certification. Evening shifts (M-F 10:00–22:30) with call shifts cover evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2 years in PACU or related acute care setting required.
• 1 year RN experience for all Float Positions required.
• Arizona RN license required; BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and IV therapy per policy.
• Develop and adjust nursing care plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure patient safety.
• Document assessments and patient progress.
