Prior OR experience is required or preferred for circulating and scrubbing roles. The position emphasizes patient- and family-centered care, with a focus on safety and continuous improvement.

Qualified candidates hold a specialized nursing diploma; BSN is preferred. Active PA RN license and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Specialized Diploma from an accredited nursing program.
• Knowledge of patient- and family-centered care practices.
• Cultural awareness and ability to work with diverse patient populations.
• Effective communication with patients, families, and staff.
• Proficiency in patient assessment and care planning.
• Knowledge of medication administration and discharge planning.
• RN license valid in Pennsylvania.
