Job summary

DHL Supply Chain North America is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee a dynamic warehouse team, implement efficient processes, and drive safety and productivity across our network.

Based in Arlington, TX, you will lead frontline associates, monitor KPIs, and report to management while upholding a collaborative, inclusive culture that supports continuous improvement, and align with DHL's leadership in contract logistics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferred.
• 1+ years operations experience in a lead/supervisor/management role, preferred.
• 1+ years logistics industry experience, preferred.
• Staff management, workload planning, objective setting and organizational skills, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a diverse team of frontline associates with coaching and guidance.
• Uphold compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a safety-focused culture.
• Monitor KPIs and operational metrics; provide reports and recommendations to management.
• Foster open communication and collaboration among leadership and frontline associates.
