Job summary

The ODP Group is seeking a Shift Operations Lead for our Illinois RPC. You will supervise daily digital print activities, allocate labor, equipment and materials, and coordinate with client services, pre-production and production teams.

You will supervise up to 10 employees, promote safety, quality, and on-time performance, and act as a liaison with facility and sales teams. You must be able to plan, prioritize, and execute detailed instructions, demonstrating strong judgment, active listening,

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years' experience in a supervisory or operational role.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily RPC digital print activities and allocate resources.
• Engage with client services, pre-production and production teams.
• Ensure on-time performance, quality standards, and 5S.
• Lead up to 10 employees and communicate effectively.
