Job summary

CSG Systems in Omaha, NE seeks an Insert Operator/Operations Supervisor for the night shift to lead a 20+ team, monitor daily workflows, and ensure accuracy and timeliness of mailed products. The role emphasizes safety, SLA/OLA compliance, and continuous process improvement in a climate-controlled facility.

The position requires 3+ years of production leadership, proficiency with Excel, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of production leadership experience at a supervisor or lead level with print and mail expertise.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment with SLAs and OLAs.
• Willing to work a 12-hour rotating shift 6 PM–6 AM, including weekends/holidays.
• Proficient with PC and MS Office (Excel) and basic math.
• Able to stand/walk 95% of the shift and lift 25–50 lbs.
• English proficiency in a business environment.

Insert Operator/Operations Supervisor - Night Shift

Responsibilities

• Report to Design Delivery Center Leader to contribute towards managing the daily work processes, procedures, volumes, and deadlines.
• Monitor departments daily.
• Identify and report on inefficiencies and successes.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA standards, including maintaining safe working environments.
• Be responsible for adherence to contractual SLA & OLA standards. Any potential deviation must be escalated and followed up with appropriate documentation.
• Track all statement holds, reruns, respools, releases and any other special instructions to ensure the correct mailing of products associated with the Production Facility.
• Coach and provide performance management to a team of 20+ team members.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of production leadership experience at a supervisor or lead level with print and mail expertise.
• Experience working in a fast‑paced environment that requires assessing situations and making decisions quickly, and managing workloads to meet contractual Service Level Agreements and OLAs.
• Dependable and open to working a 12‑hour rotating shift schedule of 6 PM - 6 AM, including some weekends and holidays.
• Can use a personal computer and has a solid understanding of Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel, and can perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Can stand/walk for 95% of the shift.
• Able to bend, stoop and lift materials between 25-50 lbs on a frequent basis.
• Proficient in English in a business environment.

Salary and Benefits

Position Pay Range: $61,495.58-$98,390.87. This role is eligible for a bonus opportunity.
