Qualifications

• Must have operating room nursing experience.
• Day shift Monday–Friday, no evenings/weekends/holidays.
• Experience with adult perioperative care.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains productive working relationships with patients and colleagues, demonstrating accountability and teamwork.
• Provides detailed teaching to patients and families to guide them through the perioperative episode and transitions.
• Applies the nursing process within Relationship Based Care to plan and coordinate patient care holistically.
• Participates in unit-based quality improvement and supports changes to improve patient care and practice environment.
• Maintains accurate documentation and communicates effectively across the care team.
