Qualifikationen

• Licensed RN in good standing in state of practice.
• Experience in operating room or perioperative setting preferred.

Aufgaben

• Participate in unit-based quality improvement efforts and contribute to enhancing patient care, safety, and satisfaction.
• Provide holistic, patient-centered care using Relationship-Based Care principles.
• Collaborate with the care team to develop and communicate patient care plans and ensure high-quality documentation.
• Build strong professional relationships fostering a respectful, inclusive work environment.
• Engage in governance, professional development, and continuous improvement.
• Educate patients, families, and team members and support onboarding of new staff and students.
• Perform scrub role responsibilities (required for RNs hired on or after July 17, 2023).
