ID Logistics US is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic in Scranton to inspect and repair material handling equipment and perform light building maintenance. The role emphasizes GMP adherence, safety compliance, and timely task completion.

You will manage inventories, report issues, and support supervision with documentation and part orders. The position requires HS diploma or GED and ability to operate a forklift, use various tools, and communicate effectively.

Formación

• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Understanding of electrical testing and repair for material handling equipment.
• Proficient with power and hand tools.
• Ability to operate a forklift.
• Education: HS diploma or GED.

Responsabilidades

• Regular inspection of electrical and power units.
• Detecting malfunctions and repair electrical systems and vehicle engines.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and safety rules.
• Maintain records of service cycles and maintenance activities.
• Manage time and complete tasks as assigned.
• Report damages and issues to supervisor.
• Place orders for spare parts and complete documentation.
• Use electrical repair/testing tools.
• Perform light building maintenance (bulbs, painting, caulking).
• Daily inventory counts.
• Move equipment between buildings.
• Follow GMP and report noncompliance.
• Observe safety rules and assist enforcement.
• Other duties as assigned.
