Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent civilian/military education.
• Experience: Warehouse logistics, receiving, shipping, or material handling roles.
• Forklift operation: Safe operation in industrial/warehouse settings.
• Physical ability: Stand/walk for extended periods; lift up to 40 pounds.
• Technical literacy: Basic computer/data entry for inventory records.
• Core skills: Detail, organization, and communication.
• Teamwork: Able to work in a high-performing team and be coached.

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify all incoming raw materials, ingredients, packaging, and components against purchase orders and shipping manifests.
• Operate forklift to unload inbound trucks and move materials to storage locations.
• Quality checks on incoming materials and supplier paperwork.
• Collaborate with external logistics and carriers to ensure safe delivery of materials.
• Operate material handling equipment to transport inventory and finished goods.
• Stage, build, and load outbound trailers with proper weight distribution.
• Track material movements with warehouse systems and maintain real-time inventory.
• Perform cycle counts and participate in inventories and audits.
• Document transactions and maintain plant database records.
