Challenge Manufacturing in Kansas City, MO is seeking a 2nd shift forklift operator to support material flow and contribute to safe, efficient plant operations.

You will move pallets, load and unload, stock materials, and keep accurate records while adhering to safety rules. The role requires English proficiency, 1 month experience, and ability to work up to 12 hours/day including weekends. ESOP benefits and competitive benefits available.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English sufficiently for safety and procedures.
• One month related experience or training; or equivalent combination.
• Previous material handling experience preferred.
• Previous HiLo driving experience preferred.
• Demonstrates safety, integrity, and reliability in work tasks.
• Able to work up to 12 hours per day including weekends.
• Ability to use basic computer skills.
• Strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift to move pallets and materials within the plant.
• Load and unload materials and stock at designated areas.
• Support plant flow and assist with inventory as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and quality standards at all times.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate material status.
• Rotate through responsibilities to support operations.
