Michael Foods, Inc. in Britt, Iowa, is seeking a Maintenance Technician L1 to join our egg processing facility. The role focuses on preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and process improvements, working closely with plant operations and maintenance teams.

The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or GED and preferably an associate degree or technical certificate, with at least one year of industrial maintenance experience. SAP experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate's degree or two-year technical certificate preferred.
• 1 year of industrial maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and P&ID diagrams.

Responsabilités

• Participate with reliability and maintenance teams to improve safety, quality, and cost.
• Learn and apply Precision Maintenance techniques ensuring compliance and tolerance.
• Perform technical troubleshooting with experienced maintenance personnel.
• Assist in maintenance training for personnel.
• Support reliability procedures for critical spares and parts.
• Assist in commissioning and retrofit of equipment and processes.
• Use the CMMS to document reliability reporting and decision making.
