Michael Foods, Inc. in Britt, Iowa operates an egg processing facility focused on breaking, pasteurization, and dried egg products.

The Maintenance Lead will drive maintenance and reliability initiatives, partner with ARM and operations teams, and ensure work orders are planned, scheduled, and executed to optimize asset health and safety. Responsibilities include leading the maintenance team, promoting preventive maintenance practices, and maintaining accurate records in the CMMS and SAP systems

Qualifications

HS diploma or GED required.
Two-year degree or technical certificate preferred.
3–5 years industrial maintenance experience preferred.
Trained in MFI MTL1/MTL2/MTL3 skills preferred.
SMRP membership preferred.
Prior experience with SAP preferred.
Ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

Lead maintenance team to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
Champion precision maintenance techniques and ensure procedure compliance.
Identify, justify, and implement reliability and performance improvements.
Coordinate maintenance training for team personnel.
Lead technicians during maintenance assignments and assist with troubleshooting.
Maintain CMMS data and generate reliability reporting.
