Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical or associate degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience as an industrial maintenance technician preferred.
• Experience with SAP and CMMS systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team to improve safety, quality, delivery and cost.
• Champion precision maintenance techniques and ensure tolerances.
• Identify and implement reliability and performance projects.
• Coordinate maintenance training for team personnel.
• Lead troubleshooting and assist plant staff in teaching environment.
• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance with accurate records.
• Use CMMS to document reliability data and reporting.
