Job summary

Graham Packaging Company is seeking a Maintenance Tech II based in West Hazleton, PA for DAY SHIFT (6:30a–7pm). Responsibilities include installation, repair and preventive maintenance of production equipment and plant facilities.

The role requires strong troubleshooting skills, the ability to work under pressure, and effective communication with team members and supervisors. Two-year associate degree in industrial maintenance is preferred, with at least five years of related experience.

Qualifications

• Two year Associate Degree in Industrial Maintenance or related field preferred.
• Minimum of five years Industrial Maintenance Technician experience preferred.
• Proficient in reading manuals and work orders; basic computer usage and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair production equipment and plant facilities.
• Perform preventive and reactive maintenance on all production equipment.
• Diagnose problems, replace parts, test and adjust.
• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs during operation and scheduled maintenance during service.
• Maintain equipment to meet budgeted goals and quality standards.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders.
• Train production employees in proper operation and maintenance.
