Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in building maintenance preferred.
• Valid driver's license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation and maintenance of mechanical and stationary systems, including boiler operations, to ensure a safe environment.
• Maintain campus grounds and perform other outside maintenance duties.
• Execute general duties such as electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, HVAC, and bed repair.
