Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance preferred.
• May be required to hold a valid driver’s license and have a good driving record.
• May be required to take CPR/BLS upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation and maintenance of mechanical and stationary systems, including boiler operations, to ensure a safe environment.
• Maintain campus grounds and perform other outside maintenance duties.
• Perform general duties such as electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, HVAC, and bed repair and maintenance.
• May be on-call and schedule-dependent to support department needs.
