Care Initiatives in Iowa is hiring Maintenance Staff for full-time day shifts. You will perform routine maintenance to keep facilities safe, clean, and comfortable, monitor building systems, and maintain outdoor areas.

Responsibilities

• Complete routine maintenance and repairs to keep the facility safe, clean, and comfortable.
• Monitor and maintain building systems, including heating, cooling, and equipment.
• Maintain outdoor areas, walkways, and grounds, including snow/ice removal as needed.
• Assist with heavy cleaning, floor care, and facility upkeep when needed.
• Follow safety policies and support inspections and preventative maintenance.
