Care Initiatives in Iowa is hiring a Maintenance Assistant to join our compassionate maintenance team across more than 40 skilled nursing communities. This full-time days role offers an opportunity to contribute meaningfully to residents' comfort and safety every day.

You will perform routine maintenance, monitor building systems (heating, cooling, equipment), care for outdoor spaces, assist with heavy cleaning, and support safety inspections.

Responsibilities

• Assist with heavy cleaning, floor care, and facility upkeep when needed.
• Follow safety policies and support inspections and preventative maintenance.
