Care Initiatives is seeking a Maintenance Staff member to join our team in Iowa. The role supports multiple nursing communities with daily upkeep, repairs, and preventive maintenance to keep facilities safe and welcoming for residents.

You will handle routine maintenance, assist with cleaning and grounds, and ensure safety compliance while delivering compassionate, empathetic service.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs to keep the facility safe and comfortable.

• Assist with heavy cleaning, floor care and general upkeep as needed.
• Follow safety policies and support inspections and preventative maintenance.
