Lantern Park Specialty Care in Coralville, IA is hiring a Maintenance Assistant to help keep our 90-bed skilled nursing community safe, clean, and comfortable. This full-time daytime position offers opportunities to work on building systems, conduct routine repairs, and support a caring resident-centered environment.

Responsibilities

Complete routine maintenance and repairs to keep the facility safe, clean, and comfortable.

Maintain outdoor areas, walkways, and grounds, including snow/ice removal as needed.
Assist with heavy cleaning, floor care, and facility upkeep when needed.
Follow safety policies and support inspections and preventative maintenance.
