Job summary

Care Initiatives is seeking a Maintenance Assistant for part-time days across more than 40 skilled nursing communities in Iowa. The role supports a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and staff.

You will perform routine maintenance, monitor building systems, and assist with general upkeep. The position emphasizes empathy, teamwork, and reliability, with opportunities for benefits and growth within the company.
