OhioHealth in Marion provides nursing care to patients along the health-illness continuum within diverse clinical settings. The LPN is accountable for nursing practice per the Ohio Board of Nursing and may delegate tasks to UAPs.

This position supports the health care team without supervisory duties, focusing on safe, high-quality patient care in a high reliability organization context.

Competenze

• Must hold a current LPN license from the State of Ohio.
• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Mansioni

• Perform initial and ongoing health status assessments.
• Document planned nursing interventions and care plans.
• Delegate tasks to unlicensed assistive personnel according to criteria.
