Qualifications

Responsibilities

• 25% Performs initial, ongoing and functional health status assessment.
• 25% Documents planned nursing interventions and care plans.
• 20% Evaluates and documents response to nursing interventions and outcomes.
• 20% Delegates tasks and supervises delegated work.
• 10% Participates in process improvement and patient advocacy.
