Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid Oklahoma RN license.

Responsibilities

• Assess health status and develop care plans.
• Deliver professional nursing care in unit, clinic, or home settings.
• Educate patients and families on health promotion and prevention.
• Supervise and coach other staff; coordinate with health team.
• Delegate tasks appropriate to training and avoid scope violations.
• Ensure quality care through chart reviews and observation.
• Perform specialized nursing functions as prepared.
• Complete other duties as assigned by supervisor.
