Qualifications

• Current RN Licensure in the State of Oklahoma.
• ADN required; BSN preferred.
• BLS and ALS/ACLS required.
• Demonstrated experience as a professional nurse with administrative and supervisory competence.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership skills.
• Basic computer skills required.
• CPI (TEAM De-Escalation) Training completed within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate hospital-wide nursing activities and ensuring continuity of patient care.
• Involve the patient, family, or designated care partner to meet needs.
• Construct and implement individualized plans of care.
• Integrate direct and indirect patient care activities.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary care and develop treatment plans.
• Complete purposeful hourly rounding to enhance communication.
• Evaluate the environment to ensure it remains patient-friendly.
• Participate in bedside report to support patient/family understanding.
