Qualifications

• Oklahoma RN license and three years of professional nursing experience, one year supervisory preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plans and directs health services for an assigned unit or area and ensures quality patient care.
• Selects, mentors and evaluates staff; monitors quality indicators and budget adherence.
• Participates in long-range planning and policy implementation for efficient health service delivery.
• Analyzes reports, coordinates quality improvement activities, and ensures safety and equipment standards.
• Develops budget estimates and monitors expenditures to ensure effective service delivery.
