Qualifications

• 6 months of experience using a computer to input, access, modify, or output information.
• 6 months of experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Powered Equipment Certification: Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck (required; must be obtained if not already certified).

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders on time with safe staging areas.
• Deliver high-quality service, validate orders, answer questions, and connect customers to associates.
• Operate and certify powered equipment and follow safety requirements.
• Support inventory accuracy using the Orders App and SIMS compliance.
• Complete administrative tasks, audits, follow-ups, and locker management, reporting safety issues.
• Maintain a customer-first mindset with strong communication and teamwork.
• May be assigned other duties to support business needs.
