Job summary

Lowe's Stores is seeking a Warehouse/Fulfillment Associate to pick, stage, and fulfill customer orders with accuracy and timeliness. You will maintain safe staging areas, validate orders, and connect customers with the right associates for help.

You will operate certified powered equipment and follow all safety rules while supporting inventory accuracy and completing routine audits and locker management tasks. A customer-first mindset and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience using a computer and basic data entry.
• 6 months of experience with common retail technology (phones/tablets).
• Powered Equipment Certification: Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, Narrow Aisle Reach Truck.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
• Deliver high-quality service, validate orders, and connect customers with associates.
• Operate and maintain certification for powered equipment and follow safety requirements.
• Support inventory accuracy and resolve short picks with leadership.
• Complete administrative tasks, audits, and locker management, reporting safety concerns.
