Performance Food Group in Lebanon, TN is seeking a Warehouse Forklift Operator to join our distribution team. You will move and stage products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment while upholding safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include locating storage slots, replenishing pick slots, performing counts, inspecting items for damage, and maintaining accurate records. The role requires standing, lifting up to 90 lbs, working in multi-temperature environments, and passing

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years warehouse experience with motorized pallet jack or stand-up forklift.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly; lift 10–90 pounds.
• Must work scheduled hours and overtime as needed.
• Able to work in multi-temperature environments (cooler, freezer, dry).

Responsibilities

• Locate proper slots on storage racks and place pallets with forklift or hand stack items.
• Count incoming freight and transport to freezer using forklift/pallet jack.
• Replenish pick slots with outgoing stock per work orders.
• Rotate stock and remove outdated inventory per policy.
• Disperse over-stocked items and remove packaging waste.
• Inspect pallets for damage and move them to proper storage areas.
• Follow safety policies and wear PPE.
• Perform safety checks and prepare supplies for operations.
• Complete paperwork and secure equipment at end of shift.
