Home Chef in Baltimore is seeking a QA/FSQA specialist to join the day shift. You will work with production to inspect labeling, verify ingredient accuracy, and ensure meals are properly bagged and boxed according to QA sheets and recipe specs.

Daily duties include sampling portions, operating scales and measuring tools, signing off on QA documents, performing hourly inspections, and escalating issues to FSQA leadership to uphold our food safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsabilités

• Perform labeling inspections for correct product names and ingredient accuracy.
• Execute portioning controls using QA sheets and measuring tools.
• Maintain hourly visual inspections of portions and meal bags for accuracy.
• Verify line setup and box call-outs before shipping.
• Document issues and escalate to FSQA leadership when necessary.
• Assist with post-op cleanup and equipment maintenance.
