Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to support a manufacturing/production client onsite in Aurora, Nebraska. The role focuses on safe, reliable operations and proactive maintenance to keep critical processes running.

You'll perform preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other building systems; inspect assets; assist with equipment installs; manage work orders; and support energy efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to follow work routines.

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.
• Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs.
• General building maintenance including plumbing, kitchen equipment support, grounds upkeep, and other facility tasks.
• Check facility assets such as doors, electrical systems, HVAC units, and plumbing fixtures.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review work orders and track completion; support energy management.
• Inspect installations for compliance with codes and safety regulations.
