• Answering phone calls and assisting callers with security and safety questions.
• Dispatching officers to calls for service.
• Monitoring cameras for safety of patients, visitors, and staff.
• Monitoring and answering alarms within Sanford Health and other buildings.
• Data entry and documenting flights/medical transport details in computer systems.

Education
