Job summary

Green Palms Management is seeking a part-time Dietary Aide for a day shift in Saint Marys, OH. The role runs 6:30am–1:30pm, 2 days per week, with rotating weekends and holidays.

You will assist the Dietitian/Director of Food Services, help serve meals, maintain kitchen cleanliness, and follow established food safety procedures. High school diploma required; prior dietary experience preferred but training provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a Dietary department is recommended, but training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• The Dietary Aide works with the facility's Dietitian/Director of Food Services as necessary and implements recommended changes.
• Keeps to established food procedures and policies.
• Assists with service and delivery of meals and with cookware, utensils, and dishwashing.
• Prepares and delivers snacks as directed.
• Serves meals in accordance with portion control and timeliness.
• participates in daily cleaning duties and ensures a hazard-free work area.
• Sets up meal trays and food carts as instructed.
• Assists in checking dietary trays before distribution.
