Job summary

CCH Healthcare in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a compassionate Dietary Aide to support residents with meals and dining experiences. You will assist in meal preparation, set up dining areas, and deliver trays while helping maintain a clean, welcoming kitchen and dining space.

This role values teamwork, reliability, and adherence to dietary guidelines and safety protocols; ServSafe certification is preferred, with a stable 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• ServSafe Certification (preferred).
• Previous experience in food service or healthcare setting (preferred).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Dependable with a solid work history.
• Compassionate and respectful toward residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist with meal and snack preparation
• Set up dining areas and serve meals to residents
• Clean and sanitize kitchen, dining areas, and equipment
• Deliver food trays and assist residents as needed
• Follow dietary guidelines and safety protocols
• Work in the dish room and assist with kitchen duties as assigned
