Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with meal tray preparation and meal service according to resident dietary requirements.
• Deliver meals and snacks to residents in a timely and courteous manner.
• Set up and clean dining rooms before and after meals; wash dishes and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen, serving and storage areas.
• Follow food safety guidelines and report concerns regarding resident dining experiences.
