Job summary

CareCore at Heritage in Minster, Ohio, is seeking a part-time Dietary Aide to join our dietary team and help provide quality meals and excellent service to residents.

No experience is required; we provide training. Part-time shifts include 6am-2pm and 4pm-7pm with every other weekend rotation; you’ll prepare meal trays, assist with dining service, and maintain sanitary kitchen areas while following safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
• Friendly and professional communication with residents, families, and visitors.
• Ability to work every other weekend and holidays.
• Willingness to learn. No experience is necessary. We provide training!

Responsibilities

• Prepare meal trays and serve food according to resident diet orders.
• Assist with meal service in the dining room and resident rooms.
• Wash dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen, dining, and food preparation areas.
• Stock supplies and assist with food preparation as needed.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and infection control procedures.
• Work as part of the dietary team to provide an exceptional dining experience for our residents.
