Green Palms Management is seeking a dietary aide to work closely with the facility's Dietitian/Director of Food Services, assisting with meal service, tray delivery, and kitchen sanitation on-site in Ohio. The role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to policies, and patient safety, with responsibilities including snack delivery and inventory support.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, be able to read and communicate in English, and be willing to work flexible hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Must read/write/speak English.
• Must be a supportive team member and contribute to teamwork.
• Able to work beyond normal hours when required.
• Meets general health requirements per facility policy.

Responsabilités

• Assist with serving meals according to portion control and presentation standards.
• Support with delivery and setup of food trays and dining room service.
• Assist in daily cleaning duties of kitchen, tables, refrigerators, and equipment.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and infection control policies at all times.
• Report noncompliance, safety hazards, or confidentiality breaches to supervisor or compliance.
