Job summary

Scarlet Oaks Retirement and Rehabilitation Center in Cincinnati, Ohio is seeking reliable Dietary Aides for the 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. day shift. This full-time and part-time role supports residents with daily nutrition and dining in a healthcare and senior living setting.

Responsibilities include meal prep and plating, serving residents, dish room duties, and maintaining kitchen sanitation while assisting cooks as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in quantity food preparation or food service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparation and plating of meals and snacks for residents.
• Serve food and beverages and/or assist residents during mealtimes in the dining room.
• Work in the dish room including washing, sanitizing, storing dishes and utensils.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen, equipment, and dining areas.
• Assist Cooks with basic food preparation and portioning as needed.
